PSNI Drumcree investigation enters new phase as individuals to receive letters
The Police Service of Northern Ireland has confirmed that its investigation into the Drumcree and Garvaghy Road dispute is moving into a new phase, with individuals set to receive letters concerning police interviews.

Assistant Chief Constable Davy Beck said a large-scale criminal investigation has been progressing under the direction of an experienced Senior Investigating Officer.
Police preparing evidence packages
Investigators have been examining evidence gathered during the policing operation surrounding the controversial Drumcree parade dispute in Portadown.
According to the PSNI, officers have been working through the material collected and preparing evidence packages relating to individuals reasonably suspected of committing offences.
The investigation will now progress to the next stage, during which individuals will receive correspondence about the interview process.
Judicial review proceedings ongoing
Assistant Chief Constable Beck said he was satisfied that the latest investigative steps would not affect the ongoing judicial review proceedings.
Police have confirmed that the investigation remains live and that no further comment will be made at this stage.
The announcement represents a further development in the police response to the Drumcree dispute, which has generated considerable political controversy and prompted a significant policing operation in Portadown.
